This site provides Immune Mitra service information, food-selection guides and forms to request a consultation, business discussion or support. Locations, qualified staff, equipment and product availability vary and need confirmation. The brand is associated with Q & T Foods Limited; the actual provider or seller must be identified before a transaction.
Requests are not appointments or orders
A saved reference confirms that your submission was recorded. It does not reserve a live appointment slot, guarantee coverage, place a food order or accept an investment or partnership. Preferred dates and times are requests until the responsible team confirms them.
The monthly care offer
The advertised plan is ₹2,500 for one month: online history review, one eligible in-person nutrition visit, suitable available assessment, a full-month diet plan and food recommendations. It does not promise every device, test or specialist. Any additional follow-up entitlement must be stated in the confirmation.
Separate costs and renewal
Food products, supplements, laboratory and genetic tests and separately agreed services are excluded. Confirm the full payable amount, applicable taxes and any travel, collection or delivery charge before payment. This website does not take payment or automatically renew the plan. Each further month is a separate choice.
Scope of nutrition support
General website content is educational and is not an individual diagnosis or prescription. Nutrition support complements the treating team’s care. Do not change medicines or specialist restrictions based solely on a page or product description. Home-van services are scheduled nutrition visits, not emergency or intensive care.
Your information and authority
Give accurate contact and request details and obtain permission when acting for someone else. Initial forms are not a place for medical reports or other sensitive records. Separate permission is needed for clinical sharing, optional testing, photographs or stories, as applicable.
Product information
The food pages currently describe categories and comparison questions, not confirmed stock or approved specifications for individual products. Before buying, obtain the exact item, current ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, quantity, price and handling instructions. No category establishes condition-specific suitability.

Request a change through Help with your reference. For a confirmed service or external purchase, consult its written terms and provider contact. An online support submission is not itself confirmation of cancellation, refund approval or fulfilment. These notices are not intended to take away rights that apply under law.
Information updates
Service descriptions may change as offerings are confirmed. For an existing paid arrangement, keep the version of the quote and terms supplied with that arrangement. Ask the provider to explain any proposed change before accepting it.
