One in-person nutrition visit
A Food Clinic visit or an eligible home-van visit, subject to confirmed local availability, access and suitability. Online history and physical-visit arrangements are confirmed separately.
Suitable nutrition assessment
Appropriate screening, measurements and available equipment checks selected by the professional. Not every check is needed or repeated each month.
A full-month diet plan
Meals, portions, practical substitutions and food recommendations for the household. Optional products are purchased separately.
Next-month reassessment
When you choose another month, review progress and relevant measurements and update the plan. Each new month costs ₹2,500.
Extra follow-up calls, urgent access and additional visits are not promised as unlimited entitlements. Ask for the exact contact allowance and response arrangements before paying.

Optional purchases
Packaged foods, meals, supplements, laboratory tests, genetic testing and specialist assessments are separately priced. Their purchase is not compulsory.
Visit arrangements
Any travel surcharge, additional visit, sample collection fee, delivery charge or applicable tax must appear in the written quote before payment. No separate rate for these items is published here.
This website records requests and does not collect payment. Confirm the named provider, total payable amount, start date, included contacts and cancellation terms before paying through any separately agreed route.
Renewal, changes and questions.
Will the plan renew automatically?
No. This website does not store a payment mandate or start automatic renewal. You choose whether to continue for another month.
Are weekly follow-ups included?
A fixed weekly or unlimited follow-up entitlement has not been published. The stated plan includes the monthly history review, one in-person visit, appropriate assessment and the month’s diet plan. Agree additional contacts with the team in writing.
Can I cancel or change a request?
Use the Help form and quote your request reference. A saved request has not taken payment or reserved an appointment. A confirmed paid service follows the written terms agreed with its provider.
Do I need to buy branded food?
No. Your plan can use suitable home food and products bought elsewhere.
Are DNA tests part of every month?
No. Optional genetic testing is separately discussed and priced; it is not a routine monthly test.
