Our Team

Know who is helping. Know what they are responsible for.

A useful nutrition plan needs clear professional roles, a practical household handover and someone accountable for the next step.

Professional profiles are being confirmed.

The named team directory, qualifications and appointment schedules are not yet published. The roles below explain the intended care pathway; they do not confirm that every specialist is available at every location.

01

Nutrition professional

Reviews eating patterns, nutrition risk and suitable measurements; prepares the food plan and explains portions and substitutions.

Ask about the person’s nutrition qualifications, relevant experience and who reviews complex clinical questions.

02

Treating clinician / clinical reviewer

Clarifies diagnosis-related restrictions, medicine interactions, medical concerns and whether extra tests or specialist care are needed.

Your existing treating clinician remains part of your care. Nutrition advice does not replace their prescriptions.

03

Assessment professional

Performs the measurements they are trained and authorised to undertake, checks suitability and records the method and limitations.

A device reading requires interpretation; equipment operation alone does not establish a diagnosis.

04

Care coordinator

Helps arrange the appointment, checks access requirements and records the agreed communication route.

Coordination staff should direct medical questions to an appropriate qualified professional.

05

Food quality & product team

Supplies current ingredient, allergen, nutrition, storage and product information and handles food-quality concerns.

Product information and sales support are different from individual clinical advice.

06

Laboratory / specialist partner

Provides a separately agreed service when indicated, with a named professional responsible for interpreting and communicating results.

Laboratory tests, genetic testing and specialist services need their own scope, consent and pricing.

Before your appointment is confirmed.

  • Name and qualification of the professional you will meet
  • Their role in your assessment and diet plan
  • Who reviews laboratory or genetic results, if ordered
  • Who can answer a question or organise a referral
  • Who may share the written plan with your caregiver

Caregiver participation is welcome.

With permission, the person helping at home can explain practical challenges and learn how to use the plan. Consent to book does not automatically authorise access to health records.
