WHAT WE DO AT YOUR ASSESSMENT

Understand you first. Plan your food next.

Your monthly assessment connects your health story, eating routine and suitable measurements. We explain what each check is for and use it to shape a practical plan.

Which checks are included — and why?

A concise guide to each assessment, its role and when it is used.

Part of your ₹2,500 monthly care

History review, a monthly in-person nutrition visit, appropriate assessments and a full-month diet plan. The professional selects the checks that are useful for you; this is not a compulsory package of every machine or test.

01

Your health story

We begin online, before your visit.

  • Your concerns, goals, medical history and current treating team’s instructions.
  • Current medicines, supplements, available reports and existing dietary restrictions.
  • Food allergies, intolerances, appetite, recent weight change and difficulties with eating.
02

Your food and everyday routine

We look at what actually happens at home.

  • A usual day of food and drink: meals, snacks, portions and meal timings.
  • Preferences, cultural food choices, budget, access to food and cooking facilities.
  • Who shops, prepares meals or helps you eat, and the barriers they face.
03

Measurements and basic checks

Selected at the in-person visit, when appropriate and safe.

  • Weight, height and weight history; BMI interpreted alongside your overall assessment.
  • Relevant body measurements, such as waist or mid-upper-arm circumference, when useful.
  • Blood pressure using an appropriate cuff and a standardised method.
  • Body-composition measurement with a suitable analyser, when indicated and the device is available.
04

Strength, function and nutrition risk

We consider more than a number on a scale.

  • An appropriate nutrition-risk screening tool and review of intake and weight change.
  • Handgrip strength with a dynamometer when safe, useful and available.
  • Selected chair-rise or walking checks only when appropriate, with trained supervision.
  • Practical barriers such as fatigue, mobility, chewing or swallowing concerns, with referral where needed.
05

Professional review

Your findings are brought together before a plan is agreed.

  • Interpret your history, dietary intake, measurements and available reports together.
  • Identify what can be supported through the nutrition service and what needs your doctor or a specialist.
  • Explain uncertainty, any additional questions and whether further testing would change the plan.
06

A plan you can take home

The assessment leads to practical next steps.

  • A personalised full-month diet plan with meals, portions, timings and practical alternatives.
  • Guidance using familiar household measures such as cups, spoons and katoris.
  • Suitable finished-food suggestions, with product purchases optional and separate.
  • Agreed progress measures and what to review at your next monthly assessment.
WHEN MORE INFORMATION IS NEEDED

Optional assessments.
A clear reason for each.

These are not automatically included in ₹2,500.
Availability, purpose, consent and price are explained first.

Selected laboratory checks

Review of existing results, or appropriate blood/urine testing through a defined clinical and partner-laboratory pathway when indicated. A universal panel is not required for everyone.

Specialist assessments

Qualified Ayurveda assessment, clinical photography or other specialist input only under a defined service. Photography needs consent, and its purpose and limits must be explained.

Optional nutrigenetic review

If offered, genetic testing needs a clear question, qualified interpretation and separate consent. It does not measure current nutrient levels or guarantee a better diet result. You can decline it.

COME PREPARED, WITHOUT EXTRA WORRY

What to bring.
What to expect.

  • Bring current prescriptions, available recent reports and any written diet instructions. Do not order new tests just for the appointment unless advised.
  • Bring a brief food diary if you have one; otherwise, be ready to describe a usual day’s meals and drinks.
  • Tell the team about mobility needs, difficulties eating and any help required for a clinic or van visit.
  • Invite your caregiver if you wish, and tell us whom you authorise to receive the plan.
  • Follow the team’s preparation instructions for any selected measurement; do not fast or change medicines on your own for routine assessment.

Machine readings support professional assessment; they do not independently diagnose an illness or nutrient deficiency. Fluid changes can affect weight and body-composition estimates. Unsafe or unreliable measurements should be omitted or replaced through an appropriate clinical pathway.
